Partially fermented Grape Must birbét

Birbèt, meaning “rascal” in the Piedmontese dialect, is the name traditionally used in the Roero to identify this wine made from an aromatic grape variety with long clusters, typical of the area.

It is a partially fermented grape must, with a low alcohol content and characterized by intensely aromatic aromas with sweet notes. The light natural effervescence enhances its freshness and drinkability, making it particularly pleasant.

Precisely because of these characteristics, in the past it was considered the wine of celebrations, often present during convivial moments.

Il Birbét, vino dolce piemontese, si abbina con facilità a dessert leggeri, frutta fresca e preparazioni a base di cioccolato, oltre che ai dolci della tradizione come pandoro e panettone.

Easy, surprisingly

Light and carefree, this wine evokes the simple, convivial atmosphere of a picnic on the grass. For this reason, the image of the rabbit, lying on a blanket among the grass, suggests a moment of relaxation and shared pleasure in the open air.
